How to Use the Property Tracker
Step-by-step guide · monthly workflow
① Monthly Input
Open the relevant building sheet (e.g. MT Amsterdam). For each unit row, enter the OCC% for each month column (0–100%). Enter the average lease rate ₱/bed/night. Revenue auto-calculates.
② Utilities Entry
Scroll to the BUILDING TOTAL row at the bottom of each building sheet. Enter monthly electricity (kWh) and water (m³) consumption from your meter readings. These are building-level totals.
③ Commercial & Summary
In the COMMERCIAL sheet, mark each tenant Active/Vacant and enter monthly rent collected. Then open the PORTFOLIO SUMMARY sheet to enter consolidated OCC% and revenue figures pulled from each building.
Data seeding note: Jan 2024–Nov 2024 occupancy figures are seeded from actual data in your ManCom management account reports. Dec 2024 and all 2025–2026 figures are modelled based on trends. Replace modelled values with actual figures as months close. Blue cells = input · Grey cells = formula (do not edit).
